Our owners, John & Kelly
Owners John and Kelly Mullins are lifetime locals to Miles and purchased Miles Crossroads Caravan Park in 2016.
At this stage, the park was in the hands of receivers and was in a run-down, neglected state. The previous owners had moved a large number of cabins onto the property to accommodate workers during the gas boom in the region and subsequently, many of the caravan sites had been sacrificed to make room for the cabins.
We’re proud of the improvements to our park
Seeing a need for a place for carvanners to stay whilst in Miles at the time when there was no other caravan park in town, John and Kelly purchased the park, removed more than half of the cabins and returned a large area back to caravan sites.
The newly established caravan site area was concreted and new electrical, water and drainage lines installed. A new and unique amenities block and laundry were installed, camp kitchen constructed, dump point installed and driveways lined with new bitumen.
Over the last few years, the remaining 10 cabins have been upgraded with new paintwork, floor coverings, air-conditioners, televisions and bathroom renovations.
What’s ahead for Miles Caravan Park
There is still a long list of planned renovations and installations to be undertaken and completed to the park and amenities over the coming years to keep up the high standard of facilities that our park has become well known for.
